深入推进“两个混改”

中国财政科学研究院公共资产研究中心主任文宗瑜在2019国企管理年会上表示,要继续深入推进发展混合所有制经济改革、发展混合所有制企业改革"两个混改",加快实现从"管企业"向"管资本"转变。正确认识"两个混改"发展混合所有制经济改革与发展混合所有制企业改革(简称"两个混改"),是党的十八届三中全会提出的国资国企改革要求。
