Exploring the Construction of Career Portraits for Vocational College Students and Precise Employment Practice

围绕学生就业和企业招聘两者之间的信息互通问题,该文通过探索学生职业生涯画像构建与精准就业实践的模式,融入大数据分析技术,实现过程数据采集,将课程、测评、活动、大赛、生涯咨询数据记入学生发展档案中,自动生成学生生涯画像,助力实现数字化的“一生一策”,并能够根据学生生涯画像的构成要素与企业招聘信息进行整合匹配,有利于就业信息更丰富、全面、高效地传递,以此达到精准就业的目的。该文从高职学生职业生涯画像构建与精准就业实践的背景,学生生涯画像的研究现状、价值、关键突破点等进行全方位分析,探究学生职业生涯画像构建与精准就业实践内容,用数据支撑学生生涯教育,达到生涯教育与就业指导相互促进的目标,提升就业指导部门对于高校毕业生的服务质量。

This paper explores the model of student career portrait construction and precise employment practice,focusing on the problem of information exchange between student employment and enterprise employment,integrating big data analysis technology,realizing process data collection,including course,evaluation,activity,competition and career consultation data into student development files,automatically generating student career portraits,to help realize the“one student,one strategy”of digitalization,and to be able to integrate and match the elements of students’career portraits with the recruitment information of enterprises,which is conducive to more abundant,comprehensive and efficient transmission of employment information,based on the background of the construction of career portrait and the practice of precise employment.This paper makes an all-round analysis of the present situation,value and key breakthrough points of the research on the career portrait of students in higher vocational colleges,to explore the construction of students’career portrait and the contents of precise employment practice,to support the effect of students'career education with data,to achieve the mutual promotion of career education and employment guidance,and to improve the employment guidance department of college graduates for the quality of service.
