摘要
该文旨在构建一种“项目驱动+论文导向”的本科生导师制渐进分层培养模式,以提高本科生的科研创新能力。该文以山西大学外国语学院英语专业本科生为个案研究对象,对大学四年的科研训练进行了整体规划:低年级以大学生创新创业训练计划项目为驱动,提高学生的语言敏感度和语言分析能力;高年级以毕业论文写作为导向,提炼学术创新点。该培养模式为导师制存在的问题提供了有效的解决方案,为培养科研创新人才提供了新的思路。
The aim of this paper is to construct the Progressive and Stratified Cultivating Mode(PSCM)for undergraduate tutorial system in order to enhance students’academic innovation and research ability.A case study of undergraduate English majors of the School of Foreign Languages,Shanxi University,is carried out to provide an overall plan for research training over the four years of university education:in the lower grades,the mode is driven by college students’innovative entrepreneurial training plan project,aiming to enhance students’language sensitivity and language analysis skills;in the higher grades,the focus shifts towards thesis writing,extracting academic innovation points.This mode offers effective solutions to problems in tutorial system,providing new insights for cultivating talents with academic innovation.
