Analysis on the Cultivation Strategy of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Technical College Students in the“Internet+”Era

随着“互联网+”时代的到来,越来越多的学生选择通过学习知识和掌握技能来提升未来在职场中的综合竞争力,增强创新创业能力。该文从“互联网+”时代的特点及其对技工教育的影响出发,从完善教育体系、加强师资队伍建设、优化课程设置、提升实践教学、促进产教融合等方面提出一系列创新培养策略,以期为技工院校学生创新创业能力的提升提供参考和指导。

With the advent of the“Internet+”era,more and more students choose to enhance their comprehensive competitiveness in the workplace in the future by learning knowledge and mastering skills,and enhance their ability to innovate and start businesses.Based on the characteristics of the“Internet+”era and its impact on technical education,this paper proposes a series of innovation training strategies from the aspects of improving the education system,strengthening the construction of teachers,optimizing the curriculum,improving practical teaching,and promoting the integration of production and education,in order to provide reference and guidance for the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of technical college students.
