河北省地方高校本科生学业成就差异的影响因素研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of Academic Achievement Differences among Undergraduate Students in Local Universities in Hebei Province

学业成就体现了高校人才培养的成效,是衡量高等教育质量的关键因素之一。目前,国内外相关研究表明本科生学业成就受到多种因素的共同影响。因此,该文在借鉴教育生产函数模型的基础上,从学生、环境、教师3个维度构建河北省地方高校本科生学业成就差异影响因素综合模型,搜集数据并采用结构方程模型方法对模型研究假设进行验证。结果表明:个体特征、学习参与、社会参与、同辈影响、学校环境、教学设计、教学实施对河北省地方高校本科生学业成就影响显著。研究有助于促进学生全面发展,提升地方高校本科生培养质量。

Academic achievement,a key factor to measure the quality of higher education,reflects the effect of talents training in universities.Currently,both domestic and international studies have demonstrated that undergraduate academic achievement is influenced by various factors.Therefore,based on the education production function model,this paper constructs a comprehensive model of influencing factors on academic achievement differences among undergraduate students in local universities in Hebei Province from three dimensions:students,environment,and teachers.Through collecting data and utilizing structural equation modeling,this paper aims to test the research hypotheses of the model.The results indicate that individual characteristics,learning participation,social participation,peer influence,school environment,teaching design,and teaching implementation significantly impact the academic achievement of undergraduate students in local universities in Hebei Province.This research contributes to promoting the comprehensive development of students and improving the quality of undergraduate education in local universities.
