“Promoting Learning through Competition”to Enhance the Practical Ability of Industrial Software Talents

近年来,首批特色化示范性软件学院聚焦国家软件产业发展方向,根据大型工业软件等领域人才培养的特点,打造特色人才培养模式。该文通过研究“以赛促学”人才培养模式发展背景,构建“以赛促学”人才培养模式发展路径,以苏州大学软件学院举办工业软件实践创新大赛为例,阐述“以赛促学”培养模式的实践过程和成果,总结“以赛促学”培养模式对提升工业软件人才实践能力的重要意义。

In recent years,the first batch of characteristic demonstration software colleges have focused on the development direction of the national software industry,and have created characteristic talent training models based on the characteristics of talent cultivation in large industrial software and other fields.This article studies the development background of the“promoting learning through competition”talent training model,constructs the development path of the“promoting learning through competition”talent training model,takes the Industrial Software Practice Innovation Competition held by the School of Software at Suzhou University as an example,elaborates on the practical process and results of the“promoting learning through competition”training model,and summarizes the important significance of the“promoting learning through competition”training model in improving the practical ability of industrial software talents.
