基于OBE理念的社会工作专业“专创融合”教学改革研究

Research on Teaching Reform of Integration of Professional Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Social Work Profession Based on OBE Concept

社会工作专业实践性较强,这一专业特点是社会工作专业“专创融合”的基础。学生中心、产出导向、持续改进是OBE(成果导向教育)理念的核心;社会工作专业“专创融合”教学改革有其必要性,实践难点在于“专创融合”师资力量缺乏、专业教育与创新创业教育分离“、教师中心”习惯难改“、产出导向”效果难以评价,因而,该文提出基于OBE理念的社会工作专业“专创融合”教学改革路径。

Social work is a more practical profession,this feature is the basement of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education of social work.Student center,output oriented and continuous improvement are the core of OBE(Outcomes-Based Education)concept.It is necessary to reform the teaching of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education of social work.The practice difficulty lies in the lack of teachers of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,the detaching of professional education from innovation and entrepreneurship education,the habits of teacher center unchangeable and the effect of output oriented difficult evaluation.Finally,it puts forward the path of teaching reform of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education of social work.
