产教融合背景下本科层次职业教育协同育人实践路径探究

Exploring the Collaborative Education Practice Path of Undergraduate Vocational Education under the Background of Industry Education Integration

摘要 随着我国高等教育事业的发展和企业人才层次需求的转变,国家近年来加大了对职业教育的投入力度,并且增设了本科层次的职业教育。目前,本科阶段职业教育各项工作均处于初创后的探索期,如何运用现有的教学资源满足日益发展的人才培养需求,为社会培养更多的职业技术型人才,成为本科层次职业教育的工作重点。该文聚焦职业本科学生培养阶段,针对构建高校教学改革多元实现路径,深挖专业课教师与辅导员协同育人的作用,构建科学合理的协同育人机制。 With the development of higher education in China and the changing demand for talent levels of enterprise,the country has increased investment in vocational education in recent years and added vocational education at the undergraduate level.At present,all aspects of vocational education at the undergraduate level are in the exploratory stage after its inception.How to use existing teaching resources to meet the growing demand for talent cultivation and cultivate more vocational and technical talents for society will become the focus of vocational education at the undergraduate level.This article focuses on the cultivation stage of vocational undergraduate students,exploring how to build a diversified implementation path for higher education reform,delving into the role of professional course teachers and counselors in collaborative education,and constructing a scientific and reasonable collaborative education mechanism.
