摘要
该文基于对当前医学专业创新人才培养现状及存在问题的深入分析,探讨学科竞赛体系在医学教育中的重要作用,并提出了以学科竞赛为载体、核心和导向的3种创新人才培养模式,实例分析证明:学科竞赛体系人才培养模式在提高学生创新思维和实践能力方面效果显著。学科竞赛体系不仅能有效激发学生的学习兴趣和动力,还能培养其团队协作、实践操作等方面的综合素质,为医学领域输送更多优秀的创新人才。
Based on an in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems in the cultivation of innovative talents in medical professional education,this article discusses the important role of the discipline competition system in medical education,and proposes three innovative talent cultivation models based on the discipline competition as the carrier,core,and guidance.Through case analysis,it also demonstrates its significant effect in improving students’innovative thinking and practical abilities.The discipline competition system can not only effectively stimulate students'interest and motivation,but also cultivate their comprehensive qualities in teamwork,practical operation,and other aspects,which will help to bring more outstanding innovative talents to the medical field.
