摘要
结合时代背景与社会需求,该文以培养具备综合素质的创新创业人才为目标,对传统的教学模式进行改革,提出以贯通项目为核心、导师制与学科竞赛有机融合的大学生创新创业教育实践模式;通过设立贯穿本科培养过程的班级项目,以项目为核心,构建“四位一体”的创新创业能力培养体系。该模式遵循循序渐进的教学理念,以实践为导向,将学生放在主体地位,实现了专业教育与创新创业教育的有效融合,形成了有效的教学模式,促进了学生创新创业能力的提升。
Based on the era's background and social needs,this study aims to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents with comprehensive qualities,reform the traditional teaching model,and propose a practical model for college student innovation and entrepreneurship education that integrates mentorship and subject competitions with a focus on integrated projects.By establishing class projects that run through the undergraduate training process,with projects as the core,we aim to build a“four in one”system for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.This model follows a progressive educational philosophy,guided by practice,placing students in a dominant position,achieving effective integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,forming an effective teaching model,and promoting the improvement of students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
