摘要
制造业是衡量一个国家经济实力的重要指标。工业互联网技术不断突破,为我国制造业的发展注入了新动能,把握好工业互联网发展战略机遇,是构筑我国制造业竞争新优势的必然选择。大湾区以其制造业优势,将会建成标杆示范区,对工业互联网人才的需求也会激增,满足人才需求的最优办法就是建设工业互联网相关的专业。该文阐述通过走访大湾区多家特色制造业企业,聚焦制造业发展及转型升级,调研“互联网+制造业”相关岗位对工业互联网应用专业的培养需求,思考如何建设工业互联网应用专业人才培养方案,强化师资队伍建设,创新课程体系,促进实训基地建设,推动职业教育的改革和发展。
Manufacturing is an important indicator for measuring the economic strength of a country.With continuous breakthroughs in industrial internet technology,it injects new momentum into the development of China's manufacturing industry.Seizing the strategic opportunities of industrial internet development and building a new competitive advantage for our manufacturing industry is an inevitable choice.The Greater Bay Area,with its inherent advantages in manufacturing,will become a benchmark demonstration area,and the demand for industrial internet talents in the Greater Bay Area will surge.The best solution to meet the talent demand is to establish relevant industrial internet majors.By visiting several distinctive manufacturing enterprises in the Greater Bay Area,focusing on the development and transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,researching the training needs of“Internet+manufacturing”related positions for the industrial internet application major,we are considering how to construct a talent training program for the industrial internet application major.It is essential to strengthen the construction of teaching staff,innovate curriculum system,promote the development of practical training bases,and drive the reform and progress of vocational education.
