黑龙江省基础教育体育教师能力素质提升研究

Research on Improving the Ability and Quality of Physical Education Teachers in Basic Education in Heilongjiang Province

摘要 黑龙江省基础教育体育教师在教学技能、专业发展和与学生互动方面存在问题,同时其工作还受到教育政策、资源配置、个人职业发展意愿及社会文化环境等多重因素影响。为提升教师的能力和素质,该文提出优化校内资源、持续自我发展、教师间互助合作及利用学生反馈等策略,并通过整合校内外资源、建立教师发展小组、开展主题性体育活动等实践探索,有效提升教师的教学能力和专业素质、激发学生的体育兴趣,期望为基础教育体育教师能力素质的提升提供参考。 There are problems with the teaching skills,professional development,and interaction with students of physical education teachers in basic education in Heilongjiang Province,which are also influenced by multiple factors such as educational policies,resource allocation,personal career development willingness,and social and cultural environment.In order to improve the ability and quality of teachers,this article proposes strategies such as optimizing internal resources,continuous self-development,mutual assistance and cooperation among teachers,and utilizing student feedback.Through practical exploration such as integrating internal and external resources,establishing teacher development groups,and conducting themed sports activities,it effectively enhances the teaching ability and professional quality of teachers,and stimulates students'interest in sports.It is expected that this study will provide reference for the improvement of the ability and quality of basic education physical education teachers.
