校企合作共同体视域下的双元育人实施策略分析——以民办高职院校人力资源管理专业为例

Analysis of the Implementation Strategy for Dual-System Education from the Perspective of School-Enterprise Cooperation Community——Taking Human Resource Management Major of Private Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展和对人才需求的不断增长,高等职业教育在培养实用型技术人才方面的重要性越发突出。培养并输送符合市场发展需求的人才是当前高职院校的首要任务,因此,寻找一种更具社会实践性、更能促进学生职业能力发展的育人方式尤为必要。校企合作共同体作为一种创新的育人模式,能够有效促进学生实践能力的提升和职业能力的发展。该文分析了当前高职教育发展现状,探讨了在校企合作共同体视域下双元育人实施的意义,并提出了相应的实施建议,以期为相关职业院校的发展提供学术支持。 With the rapid development of the socio-economic environment and the continuous growth in demand for skilled professionals,the importance of higher vocational education in cultivating practical technical talent has become increasingly prominent.The primary mission of vocational colleges at present is to nurture and supply talent that aligns with the demands of the market.Therefore,finding an education method that is more socially practical and enhances students'professional capabilities is particularly necessary.The school-enterprise cooperation community,as an innovative educational model,can effectively promote the improvement of students’practical skills and the development of their professional abilities.This article analyzes the current status of higher vocational education,explores the significance of the implementation of the dual-track education approach in the context of the school-enterprise cooperation community,and provides corresponding implementation recommendations with the aim of offering academic support for the development of relevant vocational colleges.
