Analysis on the Construction of Practical Teaching System of New Talent Training Model Guided by Innovation and Entrepreneurship

构建以创新创业为导向的新型人才培养模式是加强创新创业人才培养的新举措。在新型人才培养模式下,专业实践教学体系应体现出专业实践形式的项目化和真实化、专业实践开设的前置化和持续化、专业实践组织的灵活化和合作化、专业实践评价的过程化和开放化等特点。与之相适应,专业实践教学体系包括课程设置、教学组织、教学资源、教学管理以及考核评价等诸多方面,其均应做出相应的变革和调整。

Building a new talent training model oriented by innovation and entrepreneurship is a new measure to strengthen the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Under the new talent training model,the professional practice teaching system should reflect the characteristics of the professional practice form,such as project and reality,professional practice establishment and continuation,professional practice organization flexibility and cooperation,professional practice evaluation process and openness.Accordingly,the professional practice teaching system,including curriculum setting,teaching organization,teaching resources,teaching management,assessment and so on,should be reformed and adjusted accordingly.
