新工科大学生渐进式创新创业模式研究

Research on Progressive Innovation and Entrepreneurship Model for Students in New Engineering Colleges

摘要 该文在梳理新工科大学生创新创业教育现状的基础上,提出了课赛融合、以赛促学、以赛促创的大学生“双创”能力培养模式,构建了“专业课程作品、新工科‘双创’大赛项目、创业项目”的渐进式创新创业能力培养路径和组织机制;通过校企联动培养、协作机制创新、“专创”教育融合、多元创新体系构建等措施,辅以新工科创新创业竞赛平台,以期推动大学生创新创业能力提升和多元素的协同创新。 The article proposes a strategy for cultivating entrepreneurial and innovative abilities among students by integrating professional courses and competitions,based on an analysis of the current status of innovation and entrepreneurship education.It presents a progressive pathway and organizational mechanism for fostering innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities,which integrates course projects,engineering competitions,and entrepreneurial projects.By implementing measures such as university-industry collaboration,innovative cooperation mechanisms,integration of specialized and entrepreneurial education,and the construction of a diverse innovation ecosystem,a platform for new engineering innovation and entrepreneurship competition is established.The aim is to enhance students'innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities and promote synergistic innovation involving multiple elements.
