摘要
在国家“碳达峰和碳中和”的战略部署下,校企合作是培养能源动力类专业学位研究生实践能力的重要环节。专业学位研究生通过校企合作培养实践能力的模式应以完善企业运行机制为宗旨,建立完善的校企合作培养人才制度;以提高人才培养质量为导向,增进院校与企业间的交流和互动;以发展引领功能为核心,增强政府部门在合作人才培养方面的支持;寻求从组织建设、培养方式、培养内容以及培养评价等多角度,创新基于校企合作的能源动力类专业学位研究生实践能力培养模式。
under the national strategic deployment of“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”,school-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to cultivate the practical ability of active professional degree graduates.The mode of school-enterprise cooperation training practical ability should aim at perfecting the operation mechanism,and build a sound mechanism of school-enterprise joint training of talents.To improve the quality of training as the guidance,strengthen the communication and exchange between universities and enterprises;To play a leading role as the core,increase the government's participation in joint training.And from the perspective of organization construction,training content,training mode and training evaluation,it seeks to innovate the training mode of practical ability training of active professional degree graduates in school-enterprise cooperation.
