医养结合背景下养老护理人才培养模式探索

Exploration of the Training Model for Elderly Care Talents under the Background of Integrating Medical and Nursing Care

老年人的养老需求不断增高,传统养老模式已经无法满足老年人多样化的需求,医养结合的养老模式应运而生。该模式下对护理人员专业范围及要求进一步扩大,不仅需要具备医疗知识和技能,还需要具备养老服务的专业知识和技能。该文以医养结合背景下养老护理人才培养模式为主题展开探究,在介绍我国医养结合主要模式的基础上提出具体的实施路径,包括紧密连接养老产业,进一步优化课程体系;促进业务交叉培训,实现跨领域知识融合;着力突出实践教育,提高与人才需求的匹配度;加大继续教育力度,完善职称晋升的通道4个方面,以期不断促进人才培养制度的完善,促进我国养老产业的更好发展。

The needs and requirements of the elderly continue to increase,and the traditional pension model has been unable to meet the diversified needs of the elderly,so the elderly pension model combining medical care has emerged.Under this model,the professional scope and requirements of nursing staff are further expanded,and they not only need to have medical knowledge and skills,but also need to have professional knowledge and skills in old-age service.This paper explores the training mode of old-age care talents under the background of the combination of medical care and old-age care.Based on the introduction of the main mode of combination of medical care and old-age care in China,it puts forward specific implementation paths,including closely connecting the old-age care industry and further optimizing the curriculum system;Promote business cross-training to achieve cross-domain knowledge integration;Focus on practical education to improve the matching degree of talent demand;Expanding continuing education and improving the channel of professional title promotion in order to constantly promote the improvement of personnel training system and promote the better development of China's pension industry.
