地方院校船海专业培养应用创新型人才的探索与实践

摘要 广东海洋大学船舶与海洋工程专业在育人实践过程中主动对接海洋强国和海洋强省战略,针对船海专业知识体系复杂、技术更新快、多学科交叉融合等特点,坚持走科产教融合道路,不断优化人才培养体系,创新人才培养模式,改革教育教学方法,在培养能安心、能吃苦、能创业的“三能”应用创新型人才方面进行了积极探索,取得了良好成效。 In the process of educating students,the naval architecture and ocean engineering major at Guangdong Ocean University actively connects with the strategies of building a strong ocean country and a strong ocean province,in response to the complex knowledge system,fast technological updates,and interdisciplinary integration of marine engineering,adhering to the path of integrating science,industry,and education,continuously optimizing the talent training system,innovating talent training models,reforming education and teaching methods.We have actively explored the cultivation of innovative talents with the“three abilities”of being able to work with peace of mind,endure hardships,and start businesses,and have achieved good results.
