中医药高职院校教师深度参与创新创业教育机制研究——基于教师创新创业课程胜任力问卷调查

Research on the Mechanism of Deep Participation of Teachers in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Traditional Chinese Medicine Vocational Colleges——Questionnaire Survey on the Competency of Teachers in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Courses

为了解中医药高职院校创新创业教师胜任力现状及影响因素、探索教师深度参与创新创业教育的实现机制,该文进行了调研。结果显示:中医药高职院校教师的创新创业意识和能力、知识储备、实践指导能力欠缺,多元线性回归分析提示教师创新创业课程胜任力与学校政策、从事创新创业教育年限、指导学生获奖呈正相关关系(P<0.05),据此提出学校管理层需完善管理及评价考核机制,教师应提高自我知识能力储备机制,以提高教师创新创业课程的胜任力水平。

To understand the current situation and influencing factors of the competence of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in traditional Chinese medicine vocational colleges,and to explore the implementation mechanism of teachers'deep participation in innovation and entrepreneurship education,a survey was conducted.The results showed that teachers in vocational colleges of traditional Chinese medicine lacked awareness and ability in innovation and entrepreneurship,knowledge reserves,and practical guidance.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the competency of teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship courses was positively correlated with school policies,years of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship education,and guiding students to win awards(P<0.05).It is proposed that the school management should improve the management and evaluation mechanism,and teachers should enhance their self knowledge and ability reserve mechanism to enhance their competence in innovation and entrepreneurship courses.
