当前,产教融合已成为推动职业教育改革、提升人才培养质量重要路径,该文以高等职业教育集团为切入口,旨在通过整合政府、学校、企业等多方资源,探索协同育人的有效运行机制,打破传统育人模式壁垒,实现教育与产业的深度融合;通过整合多方资源,既有利于增强人才培养的针对性和实效性,又为创新发展高职教育提供了新思路和新方向。

In the context where the integration of industry and education has emerged as a critical pathway to propel vocational education reform and enhance the quality of talent cultivation,this study takes the higher vocational education group as a starting point.Its objective is to explore effective collaborative education mechanisms by integrating resources from diverse stakeholders such as the government,schools,and enterprises.This approach aims to dismantle the barriers of traditional education models and facilitate a deeper integration between education and industry.By harnessing these diverse resources,it not only sharpens the relevance and effectiveness of talent development but also charts new avenues and directions for the innovative advancement of higher vocational education.
