产教融合背景下广西民办高校教师教学能力现状及提升路径

Current Situation and Improvement Path of Teachers'Teaching Ability in Guangxi Private Colleges and Universities under the Background of Integration of Production and Education

摘要 教师的教学能力是决定人才培养质量的核心要素,在广西地区的民办高校中,教师实践教学水平受到诸多因素的制约,影响了复合型人才培养。为了构建一支既能够传授理论知识,又具备丰富实践经验,可培育适应未来社会需求的复合型人才的师资队伍,针对性提升高校教师的综合能力,该文在产教融合视域下,深入分析广西民办高校教师教学能力提升的路径,以期为提高广西民办高校的师资建设水平提供相关参考。 Teachers'teaching ability is the core factor that determines the quality of personnel training.In private colleges and universities in Guangxi region,teachers'practical teaching level is restricted by many factors,which affects the compound personnel training.In order to build a team of teachers who can not only impart theoretical knowledge but also have rich practical experience,cultivate compound talents to meet the needs of the future society,and improve the comprehensive ability of college teachers.From the perspective of the integration of production and education,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the ways to improve the teaching ability of teachers in Guangxi private colleges and universities,in order to provide relevant references for accelerating the construction of teachers in Guangxi private colleges and universities.
