“三全育人”视域下地方高校化学专业本科生科研育人模式探索——以湖南工业大学为例

Exploration of the Scientific Research Education Model for Undergraduate Chemistry Majors in Local Universities from the Perspective of“Three Comprehensive Education”——Taking Hunan University of Technology as an Example

摘要 该文针对地方普通高校化学专业本科生科研育人面临的挑战,紧密结合湖南工业大学化学专业特点,充分利用现有的教育资源,探索“一体两翼、三级联动”全员科研育人模式、“1+3”全过程科研育人模式、“双融合、四位一体”全方位科研育人模式,探索“三全育人”视域下的地方高校化学专业本科生科研育人新模式,对推动科研育人教学改革实践具有重要的现实意义,有望为地方普通高校化学专业本科生的科研育人模式改革提供新思路,为高校其他学科实施科研育人提供了借鉴。 In response to the challenges of scientific research and education for undergraduate students majoring in chemistry in local ordinary universities,we closely combine the characteristics of chemistry major of Hunan Unircrsity of Technology,fully utilize existing educational resources,and explore the“one body,two wings,three level linkage”full staff scientific research and education model,the“1+3”full process scientific research and education model,and the“dual integration,four in one”comprehensive scientific research and education model,exploring a new mode of scientific research education for undergraduate students majoring in chemistry in local universities from the perspective of“three comprehensive education”.It has important practical significance in promoting the reform and practice of scientific research education teaching.It is expected to provide new ideas for the reform of scientific research education mode for undergraduate students majoring in chemistry in local ordinary universities,and provicles important reference for other disciplines in universities to implement scientific research education.
