基于金相大赛的材料专业人才创新实践能力培养的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Innovative Practical Ability of Materials Professional Talents Based on Metallographic Competition

摘要 为拓展创新人才培养新模式,智能制造装备国家级现代产业学院借助金相技能大赛竞赛平台,探索了提升专业人才培养质量的新途径。该文以扬州大学机械工程学院组织材料专业学生参加全国大学生金相技能大赛为例,分析了学生对专业的学习热情、创新实践能力、团队竞争意识和综合素质等方面的变化。通过竞赛拓展专业人才培养渠道,改革课程实践教学,使学生加强对专业的认知与理解,培养学生持之以恒的作风,是提升专业人才创新实践能力的良好范式。 In order to expand the new mode of cultivating innovative talents,the National Modern Industrial College of Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment has explored new ways to improve the quality of professional talent cultivation through the use of the metallographic skills competition platform.Taking Yangzhou University School of Mechanical Engineering as an example to organize students majoring in materials to participate in the National Undergraduate Metallographic Skills Competition,this paper analyzes the changes in students'professional learning enthusiasm,innovative practical ability,team competition awareness,and comprehensive quality.Through competitions,expanding channels for professional talent cultivation,reforming curriculum practice teaching,deepening students'understanding and understanding of the profession,and cultivating students'persistent style,it is a good paradigm for improving the innovative and practical ability of professional talents.
