随着科技的快速发展和经济全球化进程的加速,外语人才的培养面临前所未有的挑战。在科技赋能的背景下,地方高校与企业共建外语人才培养模式,不仅可以提高外语人才的培养质量和适应性,还可以为地方经济发展和社会进步做出积极贡献。该文通过对地方高校与企业共建外语人才培养模式进行深入研究和分析,结合“外语+专业”的教育理念,探索科技赋能下外语人才培养的创新路径,这些措施可以为地方高校与企业共建外语人才培养模式提供有力的支持,从而更好地培养复合型人才。

With the rapid development of science and technology and the acceleration of globalization,the cultivation of foreign language talents faces unprecedented challenges.Under the background of science and technology empowerment,local universities and enterprises can not only improve the quality and adaptability of foreign language talents,but also make positive contributions to local economic development and social progress.This paper uses the literature research method to study and analyze the training mode of foreign language talents jointly built by local universities and enterprises,and explores the innovative way of training foreign language talents.
