科教融汇视域下应用型工程管理人才培养的路径研究

Research on Pathways for Cultivating Applied Engineering Management Talents from the Perspective of Integration of Science and Education

摘要 该文基于科教融汇视角研究了我国高职院校应用型工程管理人才培养的实践路径:首先指出传统理论教学模式难以培养学生职业操作能力、实践教学资源不足、企业融入不深等问题,最终影响应用型工程管理人才培养质量;以科教融汇为视角,构建了从课程设计、实践环节、科研支持至校企合作的全过程培养路径;研究了教学管理模式创新、产学研深度合作、成果转化与考核等重要配套方案。该文可为我国职业教育工程管理专业人才培养模式革新提供参考意见,新型路径的实施可以有效解决目前人才培养模式存在的问题,提高高职院校人才培养质量。 Based on the perspective of integration of science and education,this paper studies the practical path of cultivating applied engineering management talents in higher vocational colleges in my country.First of all,it analyzes and points out that the traditional theoretical teaching mode is difficult to cultivate students'professional operation ability,the practical teaching resources are insufficient,and the enterprise integration is not deep,which ultimately affects the quality of applied engineering management personnel training.From the perspective of the integration of science and education,a whole-process training path from curriculum design,practical links,scientific research support to school-enterprise cooperation has been constructed;important supporting programs such as teaching management model innovation,deep cooperation between industry,university and research,and achievement transformation and assessment have been studied.It provides reference opinions for the innovation of talent training mode of vocational education engineering management in my country.The implementation of the new path can effectively solve the problems existing in the current talent training mode and improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
