高校虚拟教研室建设的价值意蕴、主线遵循与路径选择——以英语翻译课程为例

虚拟教研室是信息化时代高校基层教学组织建设的创新探索。新时期,加强英语翻译课程虚拟教研室建设,有利于落实立德树人根本任务,实现协作共享教研交流,促进多元主题分类探索,发挥优秀教师示范作用。明确英语翻译课程虚拟教研室的建设主线,具体要以专业教学研究为主导、以学科资源共建为基础、以创新教研为动力、以团队人才培养为根本。在此基础上,该文从创新英语翻译教学模式,实现提质培优;加强英语翻译资源建设,实现共建共享;推动英语翻译产教融合,实现互联互通;促进英语翻译教师队伍建设,引领卓越发展等方面,探索英语翻译课程虚拟教研室的建设路径。
