摘要
目的探讨成果导向教育(OBE)理念指导下混合式教学在医学统计学教学中的应用及效果。方法选择2021级临床医学本科1—4班学生作为研究对象。其中,1、2班的60名学生为对照组,采用传统的教学方法;3、4班的60名学生为试验组,采用基于OBE理念的混合式教学。授课结束后,对两组学生进行理论考试和实验操作考核以及满意度调查比较。结果通过对两组学生的比较发现:试验组学生的理论成绩、实验操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两种教学方法的满意度评价也存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论OBE理念指导下混合式教学法在医学统计学教学中的效果优于传统教学法。
Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of blended learning under the guidance of results oriented education(OBE)concept in the teaching of medical statistics.Method Select students from Class 1-4 of the 2021 clinical medicine undergraduate program as the research subjects.Among them,60 students from Class 1 and Class 2 are the control group,using traditional teaching methods;The experimental group consists of 60 students from Class 3 and Class 4,using blended learning based on the OBE concept.After the teaching,conduct theoretical and experimental assessments,as well as a satisfaction survey comparison between the two groups of students.Result Through comparing the two groups of students,it was found that the theoretical and experimental operation scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There is also a statistical difference in the satisfaction evaluation of the two teaching methods(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of the OBE concept,the blended learning method is more effective than traditional teaching methods in the teaching of medical statistics.
