摘要
该文针对广西卫生职业技术学院药品生产实训基地存在实验实训设备管理不完善、实训室场地布局不合理、实训室卫生状况差等问题,探索应用整理、整顿、清扫、清洁实训室、提升人员素养及重视实验室安全的“6S管理”理论指导药品生产实训基地日常工作的路径,解决其教学和管理中存在的问题,取得提升实训基地形象、保障实验室安全、突出实训基地效益的成效。
Addressing issues such as imperfect management of experimental training equipment,unreasonable layout of training room spaces,and poor hygiene conditions in our school's pharmaceutical production training base,this paper explores the application of the“6S management”theory,including sorting,tidying,cleaning,standardizing,disciplining,and sustaining,to guide the daily work of the pharmaceutical production training base.It aims to improve personnel literacy,emphasize laboratory safety,and solve teaching and management problems.The implementation of this approach has enhanced the image of the training base,ensured laboratory safety,and highlighted the effectiveness of the training base.
