摘要
新时期,我国地方普通高校社会工作专业创新型、应用型人才培养的目标定位,要求必须深化产教融合教育理念,以推动专业实践教学模式重构。当前,社会工作专业实践教学中专业教育与专业服务存在脱节。基于此,该文以苏州某大学社会工作专业社区工作课程实习为例,从产教融合教育理念、课程目标设置、实践教学模式、实践学习成果评价4个方面分析社会工作专业产教融合模式构建路径。最后,结合社会工作专业人才培养目标定位和社区工作课程实习产教融合模式构建经验,提出加快推进社会工作专业产教融合实践教学模式构建的对策建议,以期达到社会工作专业应用型创新人才培养的目的。
In the new era,the innovative and application-oriented goal positioning of cultivating social work professionals in local ordinary universities in China requires the deepening of the concept of integrated education between industry and education to promote the reconstruction of professional practical teaching models.At present,there is adisconnect between professional education and professional services in practical teaching of social work.Based on this,taking the course practice of community practice of social work major in a certain university in Suzhou as an example,this paper analyzes the construction path of industry education integration model of social work major from four aspects:the concept of industry education integration,curriculum goal setting,practical teaching mode,and evaluation of practical learning achievements.Finally,based on the orientation of social work talent training objectives and the experience in building the integration of production and teaching in the practice of community practice,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the construction of the integration of production and teaching in the practical teaching model of social work,in order to achieve the purpose of cultivating applied innovative talents in social work.
