摘要
消费3.0时代,随着商贸服务新业态涌现带来了大量商科岗位,对商科院校人才培养提出了新挑战。该文深入探究“专创融合”内涵,调研广东院校“专创融合”人才培养现状与困境,结合新商科人才培养“专创融合”可行性分析,以国家骨干专业电子商务为试点,探索基于“专创融合”的电子商务专业人才培养模式及实施路径:构建“专业课程学习+企业项目实践+创新创业实战+创新创业大赛”金字塔式的创新人才培养模式,形成“思维—认知—技能—实践—创新”的创新型人才培养链条,为中山乃至粤港澳大湾区各企业输出创新型高技能电商人才。
In the era of Consumption 3.0 with the new forms of business services,the creation of a large number of business positions therefore is posing new challenges on talent cultivation in business colleges.This paper,delving into the connotation of“integration of specialty and innovation and entrepreneurship”,investigates the current situation and difficulties of talent cultivation in Guangdong's universities.Based on the feasibility analysis of the integration of expertise and innovation in the cultivation of new business talents,and with the national backbone of professional e-commerce as a pilot,this paper sets the model for cultivating the e-commerce professional talents and explores the implementation path.It builds up a pyramid style“professional course learning+enterprise project practice+innovation and entrepreneurship practice+innovation and entrepreneurship competition”.This innovative talent training mode forms an innovative talent training chain of“thinking-cognition-skills-practice-innovation”,and produces innovatively high skilled e-commerce talents for enterprises in Zhongshan and other parts of the the Great Bay Area,including Hong Kong and Macao.
