摘要
为适应工程造价产业升级对实践型人才的需求,该文依照一流本科“金课”建设“两性一度”的要求,对建筑工程计量与计价课程的内容与教学目标进行分析,并针对课程教学中存在的地域性、时效性强,无本土合适教材,理论知识与工程实践脱节等问题,从课程内容、教学方法、教学环境、教学评价等方面探索教学创新设计,提出重构教学逻辑、采用“互联网+”技术拓展教学手段、创设工程情境沟通实践、多元评价等举措,为相关学科教学提供参考。
In order to meet the demand for practical talents in the upgrading of the engineering cost industry,the requirement of“golden courses”has been followed to analyze the content and teaching objectives of the construction engineering measurement and valuation course.There are several real problems in course teaching,such as strong regional and timeliness,lack of suitable local textbooks,and the disconnection between theoretical knowledge and engineering practice.Therefore,the innovative design of teaching from the aspects of curriculum content,teaching methods,teaching environment,and teaching evaluation was explored.The teaching logic was reconstructed,and the teaching means have been expanded through“Internet+”,theory and practice have been communicated through engineering situations,and the evaluation mechanisms have been diversified.Actually,it will provide reference for teaching related disciplines.
