摘要
大学生学习能力的培养是新工科背景下高校人才培养的关键内容,大学生学习能力的提升对新工科人才培养具有重要意义。该文针对当前大学生学习能力不足的现状和存在的问题,以大学生创新项目为切入点,提出通过产学研融合、推进学科交叉、学校政策支持、健全管理体制、加强监督和评估以及学校平台支持等措施提升大学生的学习能力,为新工科背景下大学生学习能力的提升提供借鉴。
The cultivation of college students'learning ability is the key content of college talents training under the background of new engineering.The improvement of college students'learning ability is of great significance to the cultivation of new engineering talents.In view of the current situation and existing problems of college students'insufficient learning ability,this paper takes college students'innovation projects as the starting point,and proposes to improve college students'learning ability through the integration of production,learning and research,promoting interdisciplinary research,school policy support,improving management system,strengthening supervision and evaluation,and school platform support.It provides reference for the improvement of college students'learning ability under the background of new engineering.
