摘要
创新是引领发展的第一动力,而大学生作为最具创新潜力的群体,对于创新概念和本质的理解存在一些差异和难度,如果不能很好地解决“什么是创新、如何创新”等问题,会严重制约高等学校对创新人才的培养。针对以上问题,教学团队在多年从事创新创业教育、指导学生创新创业能力培养实践的基础上,创新性地提出基于MIC(Make It Comfortable)的创新理念,并将其应用于创新人才培养过程,让学生找到创新的突破口和切入点,启发创新思维,激发创新内在动力。通过近10年的探索与实践,团队取得了良好的效果,对于创新人才培养具有重要的指导意义。
Innovation is the primary driving force for development,and college students as the group with the most innovative potential,have some differences and difficulties in understanding the concept and essence of innovation.If they cannot solve problems such as“what innovation is and how to innovate”well,it will seriously restrict the cultivation of innovative talents in higher education institutions.In view of the above problems,on the basis of many years of innovation and entrepreneurship education and guiding students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability training practice,the team innovatively puts forward the innovation concept based on MIC(Make It Comfortable,MIC),and applies it in the training process of innovative talents,so that students can find the breakthrough and entry point of innovation.Inspire innovative thinking,stimulate the internal motivation of innovation.Through nearly 10 years of exploration and practice,good results have been obtained,which has important guiding significance for the cultivation of innovative talents.
