摘要
随着医学事业的发展,培养医学专业教师的实践教学能力显得尤为重要。该文旨在分析新医科视域下医学教育模式发展的背景,分析“医教产研协同”新模式建立的基础,探讨医学教育模式对教师实践教学能力的要求,提出医学专业教师实践教学能力优化策略:改变教学观念,提升医学和教学认知水平;丰富知识储备,提升学习和实践教学能力;利用多种平台,提升沟通和团队合作能力;增强职业认同,提升创新和反思能力。
With the development of the medical field,it is very important to train the practical teaching ability of medical teachers.The purpose of this article is to analyze the development background of medical education models in the perspective of new medical disciplines,analyze the foundation of establishing a new model of“medical education industry research collaboration”,explore the requirements of medical education models for teachers'practical teaching abilities,and propose optimization strategies for medical professional teachers'practical teaching abilities:changing teaching concepts,improving medical and teaching cognitive levels;Enrich knowledge reserves,enhance learning and practical teaching abilities;Make good use of various platforms to enhance communication and teamwork skills;Enhance professional identity,enhance innovation and reflection abilities.
