基于“三创融合——四位一体”的创新创业教育教学改革探讨

Discussion on the Teaching Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Based on“Three Creative Integration-Four in One”

摘要 创新型人才已成为推动经济发展和社会进步的关键力量,创新型人才的培养已成为我国高等教育的重要任务。创新创业教育对学生创新意识、创业能力和职业素养的形成与发展具有积极的促进作用,将创新创业教育融入专业教育,是高校创新创业人才培养亟待解决的问题。该文旨在探讨创新创业教育与专业教育融合的问题,阐述了创新创业教育的重要性,分析了创新创业教育的现状,提出了基于“三创融合—四位一体”的创新创业教育教学改革方案,创新课程体系,创建育人平台,构建激励和保障机制,多措并举,为社会培养高水平的创新型人才。 Innovative talents have become a key force in promoting economic development and social progress,so training innovative talents is an important thing in higher education in our country.Innovation and entrepreneurship education has a positive promoting effect on the development of students'innovation awareness,entrepreneurial ability,and professional competence.How to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education with the existing professional education is an urgent problem to be solved in the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges.This article aims to explore the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,elaborate on the significance of innovation and entrepreneurship education,analyzes its current situation in detail,and puts forward a teaching reform plan for innovative talents based on the“three creative integration-four in one”,innovate the curriculum system,create an education platform,build incentive and guarantee mechanisms,and take multiple measures to cultivate high-level innovative talents for society.
