大学生创业行为要素构成及其表现研究

Research on the Composition and Performance of College Students'Entrepreneurship Behavior Elements

随着全球经济的不断发展变化,创业被视为促进经济发展的有效途径,对经济发展起着至关重要的作用。高等教育的普及化使得高校毕业生人数逐年增加,大学生创业作为缓解当前大学生就业压力的方式,越来越被学者认可。大学生创业行为是指在校大学生为创业准备或创业实施表现出来的生活态度及行为方式。该文通过对大学生创业行为要素的系统分析,结合大学生的行为特点,构建了涵盖大学生创业行为的时间投入、情感投入、知识学习和实践体验4要素14个行为表现的理论模型。该模型既是大学生创业行为表现的测评和诊断工具,也是大学生创业准备或创业实践活动中表现出来的学习态度及学习方式的参照。

With the continuous development and change of the global economy,entrepreneurship is regarded as an effective way to promote economic development and plays a vital role in economic development.With the popularization of higher education,the number of college graduates has increased year by year.College students'entrepreneurship,as a way to alleviate the current employment pressure of college students,is increasingly recognized by scholars.The entrepreneurial behavior of college students refers to the life attitude and behavioral patterns of college students in preparation for or implementation of entrepreneurship.Based on the systematic analysis of college students'entrepreneurial behavior elements and the characteristics of college students'behavior,this paper constructs a theoretical model of 14 behavioral manifestations of four elements of college students'entrepreneurial behavior:time investment,emotional investment,knowledge learning and practical experience.This model is not only a tool for measuring and diagnosing the entrepreneurial behavior of college students,but also a reference for their learning attitude and learning style in their entrepreneurial preparation or entrepreneurial practice.
