摘要
新工科产生于新一轮科技革命与产业转型升级,具有跨界、融合、创新等特点,为以培训卓越工程师与创新科技人才为目标的应用型高校人才培养明确了方向。高校教师的教学能力是人才培养质量的重要保障,新工科建设对高校教师教学能力提出了新的要求。该文针对目前应用型高校教师教学能力存在的课程思政教学能力不足、知识整合能力弱、工程实践经验不足等问题,提出打造工程实践平台、发挥教师发展中心功能、组建社群学习团队、优化教师评价体系等提升教师教学能力的路径,为新工科建设以及应用型高校师资队伍建设提供新思路。
The new engineering discipline arises from the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation and upgrading,which is characterized by cross-border,integration and innovation,and it clarifies the direction of talent cultivation in applied colleges and universities aiming at training excellent engineers and innovative scientific and technological talents.The teaching ability of college teachers is an important guarantee for the quality of talent training,and the construction of new engineering disciplines has put forward new requirements for the teaching ability of college teachers.Aiming at the current teaching ability of teachers in applied colleges and universities,there are problems such as insufficient teaching ability of course ideology and politics,weak knowledge integration ability,and insufficient engineering practice experience.It is proposed to build an engineering practice platform,play the function of a teacher development center,set up a community learning team,optimize the teacher evaluation system and other paths to improve teachers'teaching ability,which provides new ideas for the construction of new engineering disciplines as well as the construction of faculty in applied colleges and universities.
