应用型本科院校幼儿园管理课程建设策略研究——以某高校为例

Research on the Strategy of Curriculum Construction for Kindergarten Management in Applied Undergraduate Colleges——Taking a Certain School as an Example

摘要 本科院校幼儿园管理是推动幼儿园管理高质量发展的基础课程。该文通过基于“实践取向”理念构建课程内容体系,依托超星学习通平台开展“二维三阶”混合式教学,运用学习任务单探索任务驱动教学,整合幼儿教育人力资源,建设“双师型”教师团队,开展提升学生参与度和学习成效的课程评价,确保幼儿园管理课程建设质量。为进一步提升课程建设质量,高校教师还需加强学习,提升数字素养,改进实践方式,以提升学前教育专业的实践性。 Kindergarten management in undergraduate colleges is a fundamental course that promotes the high-quality development of kindergarten management.By constructing a curriculum content system based on the concept of“practical orientation”,relying on the Chaoxing Learning Platform to carry out“two-dimensional and three-stage”blended teaching,using learning task sheets to explore task driven teaching,integrating human resources in early childhood education to build a dual teacher team,and conducting course evaluations in response to student participation and learning effectiveness,measures are taken to ensure the quality of kindergarten management curriculum construction.To further improve the quality of curriculum construction,university teachers need to strengthen learning to enhance digital literacy,explore emotional generation points to harmonize teacher-student relationships,and improve practical methods to build practicality for preschool education majors.
