新文科背景下管理类专业创新创业教育实践模式研究

Research on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Model of Management Majors from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts

新文科建设是培育文科复合型人才的重要举措,能为中国式现代化提供强有力的人才支撑。创新创业教育将育人导向、学科建设、能力提升有机融合,是新文科建设的可行路径。目前,高校创新创业教育与新文科建设尚未全面衔接,在顶层设计、实践平台和运作模式等维度有所欠缺。鉴于此,该文构建以课程训练、企业锻炼、竞赛锤炼为要核的“三阶梯”创新创业教育实践模式,以期为管理类专业的创新创业教育融入新文科建设提供参考。

The construction of new liberal arts is an important measure to cultivate interdisciplinary talents in liberal arts,which can provide strong talent support for Chinese path to modernization.Innovation and entrepreneurship education will organically integrate education orientation,subject construction,and ability enhancement,which is a feasible path for the construction of new liberal arts.At present,innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities has not been fully integrated with the construction of new liberal arts,and there is a lack of top-level design,practical platforms,and operational models.In view of this,this article constructs a“three tiered”innovation and entrepreneurship education practice model with curriculum training,enterprise training,and competition as the core,in order to provide reference for the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education in management majors into the construction of new liberal arts.
