校企合作方参与适应社会需求的高职人才质量评价系统研究——以工程造价专业为例

Research on the Quality Evaluation System for Vocational Talents Adapting to Social Needs with the Participation of School Enterprise Collaborators——Taking Engineering Cost as an Example

针对高职院校工程造价专业人才质量评价系统未能有效发挥其作用、评价过程难以体现校企合作方积极参与的问题,该文以进一步推进职业教育改革为核心思想,深化产教融合,旨在培养适应社会需求的技术技能人才,优化人才质量评价系统的运行机制,以武汉光谷职业学院的工程造价专业为例阐述具体实施路径。该方案的目标是企业和学校共同全面评估学生的综合素质和专业能力,通过评价结果反馈指导教育教学改革并形成动态调整系统,以增强高职现代化教育的软实力。

In response to the failure of the engineering cost professional talent quality evaluation system in vocational colleges to effectively play its role and the difficulty in reflecting the positive participate of school enterprise cooperation in the evaluation process,this article takes further promoting vocational education reform as the core idea,deepening the integration of industry and education,aiming to cultivate technical and skilled talents who meet social needs,and optimizing the operating mechanism of the talent quality evaluation system,taking the engineering cost major of Wuhan Optics Valley Vocational College as an example,this article elaborates on the specific implementation path.The goal of this plan is for enterprises and schools to jointly comprehensively evaluate students'comprehensive qualities and professional abilities,guide education and teaching reform through feedback on evaluation results,and form a dynamic adjustment system to enhance the soft power of modern vocational education.
