摘要
人才是湖南省实现“三高四新”战略的核心资源,研究生教育是为湖南省发展提供人才支撑的重要途径。当前,湖南省研究生教育存在研究生培养学科结构难以满足产业需求、输出研究生人才的创新及实践能力不够、应届研究生人才留湘比例较低等问题。按照“三高四新”战略的深层次需求,提出了湖南省研究生教育改革路径,即优化高校研究生专业结构和培养规划、强化培养研究生实践能力和创新能力、构建研究生人才留湘可持续发展生态。研究生教育改革的深化,将为省内产业升级和经济发展提供更加可持续的人才保障,为湖南省践行“三高四新”战略赋予其发展新使命提供有效的人才支撑。
Talent is the core strategic resource of Hunan Province to realize the“three highs and four new”strategy,and postgraduate education is an important way to provide talents for the development of Hunan Province.At present,the postgraduate education in Hunan Province has problems such as the difficulty of meeting the needs of the industry in the discipline structure of postgraduate training,insufficient innovation and practical ability of exporting graduate talents,and the low retention rate of fresh graduate talents.According to the deep-seated needs of the“three highs and four new”strategy,the improvement path of the reform of postgraduate education in Hunan Province is proposed,that is,optimizing the professional structure and training planning of postgraduate students in colleges and universities,strengthening the cultivation of postgraduate practical ability and innovation ability,and building a sustainable development ecology for postgraduate talents to stay in Hunan Province.The deepening of the reform of postgraduate education will provide a more sustainable talent guarantee for industrial upgrading and economic development in the province,and provide effective talent support for Hunan Province to implement the“three highs and four new”strategy and give it a new mission for development.
