摘要
跨专业综合仿真实习平台建设是应用型本科院校实践教学体系改革的热点问题。该文通过阐述跨专业综合仿真实习平台建设的机构结构与岗位结构现状,分析跨专业综合仿真实习平台实践的成效与反响,最后,提出了结合高校学科专业特色、加大投资改善实践教学环境、加强教师队伍的建设、提高队伍业务水平的展望。
The construction of multi-disciplinary integrated simulation internship platform is a hot issue in the reform of practical teaching system of applied undergraduate institutions.By elaborating the current situation of institutional structure and post structure of interdisciplinary comprehensive simulation internship platform construction,the effectiveness and repercussions of interdisciplinary comprehensive simulation internship platform practice are analyzed.Finally,it puts forward the prospect of combining the characteristics of university disciplines and specialties,increasing investment to improve the practical teaching environment and strengthening the construction of teachers'team to improve the business level of the team.
