人工智能时代高校教师信息化教学能力提升策略研究

摘要 人工智能时代的到来推动了教育信息化的发展,对教师信息化教学能力也提出很多新的挑战。该文以此为背景,研究人工智能时代高校教师信息化教学能力提升策略,旨在为教育信息化发展提供可靠的人力资源保障。在人工智能时代提升教师信息化教学能力是必要的,因为教师角色需要重塑,由知识传递者转变为学习引导者,教师的“教”逐渐转变为学生的“学”,是顺应现代教育发展的必由之路,也是满足学生个性化学习需要、推动智慧校园建设的重要途径。基于此,该文简要阐述了人工智能时代提升高校教师信息化教学能力的具体策略,分别是加强顶层设计、建立健全相关机制、打造良好的智能环境、开展学习培训活动、转变教师传统思想观念。 The arrival of the artificial intelligence era has promoted the development of educational informatization,which has also posed many new challenges to teachers'ability to teach information technology.The article takes this as the background to study the strategies for improving the informationization teaching ability of university teachers in the era of artificial intelligence,with the aim of providing reliable human resources guarantee for the development of education informationization.It is necessary to enhance teachers'information-based teaching ability in the era of artificial intelligence,as the role of teachers needs to be reshaped,transitioning from knowledge transmitters to learning guides,and the“teaching”of teachers gradually transforms into the“learning”of students.At the same time,it is the only way to adapt to the development of modern education and an important way to meet students'personalized learning needs and promote the construction of smart campuses.Based on this,the article briefly elaborates on the specific strategies to enhance the informationization teaching ability of university teachers in the era of artificial intelligence,including strengthening top-level design,establishing and improving relevant mechanisms,creating a good intelligent environment,carrying out learning and training activities,and transforming teachers'traditional ideological concepts.
