“三全育人”视域下“三全三融”“双创”育人体系建设——以地方应用型院校为例

摘要 “双创”育人体系建设是地方应用型院校培养高素质应用型创新人才,践行“以人为本、学以致用”教育理念,实现服务区域社会经济内涵式发展思路的关键支撑。该文在剖析“双创”育人体系建设存在的现实挑战及困难的基础上,结合东莞理工学院计算机科学与技术学院在“双创”育人方面的实践,紧扣应用型创新人才培养的特点和规律以及教育管理逻辑,深入解析了“三全育人”视域下“三全三融”“双创”育人体系建设的基本思路、总体规划以及具体举措,以提高和夯实“双创”育人的成效。 The construction of education system for“mass innovation and entrepreneurship”is the key support for local application-oriented universities to train high-quality application-oriented innovative talents,practice the education concept of“people-oriented,learning for application”,and realize the concurring development idea of serving regional social economy.Based on the analysis of the practical challenges and difficulties in the construction of the education system of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,taking the practice in the education of“mass innovation and entrepreneurship”in the School of Computer Science and Technology in Dongguan University of Technology,and closely focusing on the characteristics and rules of the training of applied innovative talents and the logic of education governance,this paper deeply analyzes the basic ideas,overall plans and specific measures for the construction of the“three-whole-three-integration”“mass innovation and entrepreneurship”education system from the perspective of“three-wide education”,so as to improve and consolidate the effect of“mass innovation and entrepreneurship”education.
