该文探讨了研究生学术创新能力的影响因素及提升策略,以培养更为专业、高端、实用型创新人才为目标,从个人、科研环境、课程与教学3个维度分析,构建“三阶段阶梯式”培养模式,从个人能力提升、改善科研环境、教学改革创新入手,贯穿研究生学术规划全过程,推进研究生学术创新,为更好地实现高校研究生人才培养目标提供策略研究。

The article explores the influencing factors and improvement strategies of graduate students'academic innovation ability.With the goal of cultivating more professional,high-end,and practical innovative talents,an analysis is conducted from three dimensions:individual,research environment,curriculum,and teaching to construct a“three-stage ladder”training model.Starting from personal ability enhancement,improvement of research environment,and teaching reform and innovation,this model runs through the entire process of graduate academic planning,promotes graduate academic innovation,and provides strategic research for better achieving the goal of graduate talent cultivation in universities.
