基于校企融合的新工科工程技术人才培养探索

Study on the Cultivation of the New Engineering Talents Based on the Integration of University and Enterprise

在新工科教育改革背景下,随着复合型工程技术人才需求的不断增长,该文通过校企融合共建平台,探索新工科工程技术人才培养路径。以培养新时代大国工匠为目标,在协同育人中注入创新元素,将能力培养与行业发展需求紧密结合,分析新工科背景下高素质人才队伍建设方向;通过提炼工程领域人才培养的核心要素,探索卓越匠才培养渠道,进一步丰富高质量人才培养内涵;从塑造大国工匠的视角出发,阐述推进一体化协同育人建设的动力,以及校企融合下工程教育实践的战略意义。研究可为新工科人才培养战略提供建设思路,为相关院校探索实践提供借鉴和参考。

In the background of the new engineering education reform,as the growing demand for inter-disciplinary talents in engineering,the cultivation of the new engineering talents is studied based on the integration of university and enterprise.With the goal of cultivating national craftsmen in the new era,the innovation is emphasized in collaborative education and the ability training is combined with the development needs of the industry.The promotion of high-quality talents is analyzed.By refining the core elements of personal training in engineering,the cultivation channel of outstanding craftsmen is explored and the connotation of high-quality talent cultivation is enriched.For the purpose of cultivating national craftsmen,this paper elaborates on the practical driving force for promoting integrated and collaborative education,as well as the strategic significance of engineering education practice based on the integration of university and enterprise.The studied results provide improvement ideas for the training strategy of the new engineering talents,and supplied the reference for relevant universities practice.
