高校创业导师培养的困境与路径研究

创业导师是创业教育的重要组成部分,创业导师已成为影响创业教育高质量发展的关键因素。该文分析了高校创业导师发展中存在的数量少、能力弱、结构不合理以及体制机制不健全等问题,提出了扩大培养规模,优化师资结构,健全培训机制、评价机制和激励机制等发展路径,为高校创业导师培养提供理论依据,为高校创业教育高质量发展提供参考。

Entrepreneurship tutor is an integral part of entrepreneurship education,and entrepreneurship tutor has become a key factor affecting the high-quality development of entrepreneurship education.This paper analyzes the difficulties existing in the development of entrepreneurial tutors in colleges and universities,such as low number,weak ability,unreasonable structure and imperfect system and mechanism,and puts forward the development path from expanding the training scale,optimizing the teacher structure,improving the training mechanism,evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism.It provides theoretical basis for the cultivation of entrepreneurial tutors in colleges and universities,and provides reference for the high-quality development of entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities.
