教育链、产业链、创新链“三链”融合发展研究——以陕西秦创原创新驱动平台建设为例

Research on the Integration and Development of the“Three Chains”of Education,Industry and Innovation——Taking the Construction of Qin Chuang Yuan Innovation-Driven Platform in Shaanxi Province as an Example

党的二十大报告提出“推动创新链、产业链、资金链、人才链深度融合”,充分体现了我国对教育、科技、人才融合发展的迫切需求。目前,我国仍然存在“三链”脱节、资源不能有效整合、缺乏创新动力等问题。该文从“三链”融合机制出发,立足陕西省秦创原创新驱动平台建设,总结分析秦创原平台背景下陕西省推动“三链”融合发展的对策及方法,为更好地促进科技创新及经济发展提供有益参考。

The report of the 20th Party Congress proposed to“promote the deep integration of the innovation chain,industry chain,capital chain and talent chain”,which fully reflects the urgent need for the integration of education,science and technology and talent development in China.At present,there is still a disconnection between the three chains in China,the ineffective integration of resources and the lack of innovation momentum.This paper summarises and analyses the countermeasures and methods to promote the integration and development of the“three chains”in Shaanxi Province in the context of the Qin Chuang Yuan original driving platform,from the perspective of the“three chains”mechanism,to provide useful references for better promoting science and technology innovation and economic development.
