摘要
我国高等教育已进入全面提质创新的时代,高质量发展成为高校创新创业教育的主题。该文从新时代大学生创新创业能力需求出发,运用质量功能展开(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)方法构建了创新创业能力需求-培养方案-过程管理两阶段质量屋模型,分析模型各子系统的构成要素及其逻辑关联,说明各要素重要度计算过程及方法;结合H大学进行实证研究,旨在探索高校创新创业教育各环节的内在规律与联系,为全面实施创新创业教育、提升创新创业教育质量提供决策参考。
China's higher education has entered an era of comprehensive quality improvement and innovation,and high-quality development has become the theme of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.Starting from the demand of university students'innovative entrepreneurial ability in the new era,the two-stage house of quality model of innovative entrepreneurial ability demand-training program-process management is constructed using Quality Function Deployment(QFD)method,then the components of each subsystem of the model and their logical correlation are analyzed,and the calculation process and method of the importance degree of each element are explained.Finally,a case study of H University is provided to explore the inherent laws and relations of all links of the university innovation and entrepreneurship education.It can provide decision-making reference for implementing comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship education and improving the quality of innovative and entrepreneurship education.
