摘要
目的探讨3D打印技术在神经内镜治疗高血压脑出血教学中的应用效果。方法选取于南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院神经外科实习的学生38人,随机分为两组,对照组采取传统教学方法,实验组采取3D打印教学方法,教学结束后以问卷调查方式和考核方式进行教学效果评价。结果实验组考核成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组教学满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组学生兴趣度和理论与实习紧密度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术应用于神经内镜治疗高血压脑出血实习教学中教学效果良好,可以更好地服务医学教育。
Objective Exploring the application effect of 3D printing technology in the teaching of neuroendoscopic treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 38 neurosurgery students in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted 3D printing teaching method,after the teaching,the teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire and assessment.Results The examination results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the students'interest and theoretical practice closeness of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D printing technology in neuroendoscopic treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage internship teaching has achieved good teaching results and can better serve medical education.
